Return policy

Since our goal is to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

To cancel your order, please use our contact form (Contact Us) and select the subject “Cancel Order”. It is also important to provide a correct order number, otherwise we will not be able to process your cancellation request.

Requests without the correct order number will not be processed! Any payment for the order will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you paid with a credit card, your card will be refunded. If you paid via PayPal, your PayPal account will be refunded. Important: Remember that if you cancel an order, funds may be held for 1-3 days by your bank or credit card issuer. Please understand that these suspensions are completely beyond our control.

You can request a refund or reshipment of the products ordered if you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (50 working days), if you received the wrong item or if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

If you don’t want the product you received, you can always return the item at your expense (the item must be unused) within 30 days and send us a working tracking code including the name of the shipping company, so that we can track the return shipment.

Upon receipt of your package we will refund the product. Return address: (will be mentioned on the packaging of your order).

We do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (eg providing the wrong shipping address), your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (eg. example, not collected at the collection point, not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, the product is not collected from the customer) or if you have canceled your order after 24 hours of purchase.

You can submit a refund request by filling out our contact form (Contact Us) and selecting the subject “Refund Order”. It is also important to provide a correct order number, otherwise we will not be able to process your refund request. You can submit refund requests within 15 days of the expiration of the guaranteed delivery time (50 business days).
