order cancellation

Please read this Agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.

Any purchase cancellation request must be submitted within the first 12 hours after placing your order by emailing our billing department support@lecoinart.com from an email address registered to your account with the specific rights and privileges to terminate your Services.

You must clearly indicate the following information:

the specific purchase you intend to cancel.
your intention to cancel the purchase immediately, and
any other instructions required by our billing department.

In addition, your REQUEST MUST BE CONFIRMED BY OUR BILLING DEPARTMENT BEFORE YOUR SERVICES ARE EFFECTIVELY CANCELLED.

We’ll review your request within 3-5 business days and send you an email to let you know the cancellation has been processed or to request additional information.

We require all cancellations to be submitted in accordance with this process in order to:

confirm your identity.
confirm in writing that you are willing to have all of your files and emails deleted from our servers if this applies to the Service you are cancelling; And
document the cancellation request.

This process is intended to reduce the likelihood of errors, fraudulent/malicious requests and to ensure that you are aware that your files, emails and account may be deleted immediately and permanently after a cancellation request is processed. .
